CAMPER AGES: 15 months-ninth grade
TYPE OF CAMP: Day Camp. A camp day is from 9am-4pm. Early/Late Care is available from 730-9am/4-6pm
CAMPER GENDER(S): Coed Campers.
AFFILIATION(S): Jewish.
SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPERS: We accept campers with special needs on a case by case assessment.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Dance, Theater, Music/Band, Fine Arts/Crafts, Video/Filmmaking/Photography, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Cheerleading, Soccer, Gymnastics, Swimming, Tennis, Waterfront/Aquatics, Team Sports, Academics, Travel, and more. Archery, Karate, & Gymnastics. Also Academic Tutoring.
CAMP LOCATION: We are located at the Bridgewater, JCC on over 14 acres. Come and visit and tour our beautiful campgrounds!!
CAMP FACILITIES: We have 3 pools, tennis and basketball courts, trips for 4th grade and older, weekly entertainment, and more!!
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: CC Camp Ruach is an extraordinary day camp located at the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center on over 14 beautiful acres of land. Our 8-week program offers campers ages 15 months through grade 9 a fun-filled summer!
JCC Camp Ruach is dedicated to your child's safety and well-being. We know your child will have a fantastic summer through our supportive and nurturing environment while participating in a wide variety of activities and dynamic programs we offer. Each week the campers take part in special events such as: Entertainment, Camp Carnival, JCC Maccabi Games (Camp Olympics), Camp Show and more! Summertime is an opportunity for children to play, experiment and grow with friends.
CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our CIT's are teenagers entering 10th grade. They work with a camp group and are supervised by a Senior and Junior counselor.
Our LIT's are campers entering 7th, 8th and 9th grade. They do community service, team building,work in camp groups, swim and more.
CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Scholarship is availabe as needed.
FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): We offer reunions for campers throughout the year. Check our website for information.
