CAMPER AGES: Grades K-12
TYPE OF CAMP: Day Camp. Daily 9am-4pm
CAMPER GENDER(S): Coed Campers.
BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: In Real Jams Musical Theater, students will collaborate with a scriptwriter and songwriter to write an original musical. In just one week, students will write the musical, stage it, record the songs in our state-of-the-art recording studio, and perform it. A fantastic program for the highly creative and musically-inclined actor. This program is offered for two age groups: grades K-6 and grads 6-12. SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPERS: This program has the facility and staffing to adapt and modify for all performers.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Dance, Theater, Musical Theater, Music/Band, Academics, and more. Songwriting.
CAMP LOCATION: We are located just 30 minutes north of Boston, Massachusetts.
CAMP FACILITIES: The Real School of Music takes pride in its facility. We have a 100+ seat live performance venue, 20 private lesson studios equipped with macs, 3 fully-equipped ensemble rooms, a professional recording suite, and a comfortable cafe area with free wifi for guests.
