BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Speech of Cake's award-winning summer enrichment program is a unique day camp run by certified speech-language pathologists, specializing in enhancing your child's speech, language, reading, writing, and social skills through fun play-based activities. Small groups allow for a high staff to camper ratio, giving us the opportunity to connect with your child and help their communication skills grow. Rising kindergarteners through rising second graders will be admitted.
SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPERS: Our program welcomes all campers. The program is especially beneficial for students with speech, language, and literacy needs. Students are welcome to attend with an aide.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Academics, and more. Reading, Writing
CAMP LOCATION: Our camp is located at Alexandria Country Day School on the ground floor.
CAMP FACILITIES: We have three classrooms, picnic tables, and access to a large playground.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our camp is directed by nationally certified speech-language pathologists (SLPs) with experience working with students of all ages and ability level. The Summer Enrichment Program has proudly been voted "Best Summer Camp" by Northern Virginia Magazine 6 years in a row.
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Speech of Cake also offers individual speech therapy sessions at our two office locations in Alexandria, VA during the school year.

$635 per week for half day
$1270 per week for full day
